Lance Cramer was born in California in 1969 and moved to Lake Havasu City in 1970. Growing up in Lake Havasu when it was a town of just 2,000, he loves everything about it, "The lake, the mountains and it's close proximity to a lot of activities, all with that small town atmosphere -- I like that."  He and his wife Amy have 3 sons, Ryan 14, Kyle 7 and Kole 2.  They enjoy and take advantage of Havasu's many outdoor recreational offerings:  ATV riding, camping, RVing, hunting and boating. 

Lance received his Broker's License in 2003 and truly enjoys his position as Associate Broker with Continental Land.  He and Amy plan to raise their family, as he was raised, here in Lake Havasu City.
