Lenny Matzdorff, who's grandfather Chet Chenoweth founded Continental Land & Investment in 1957, was born in Lake Havasu City, making him one of the few true natives to the area. Earning his Real Estate License at the age of 18, the minimum age required, and receiving his Broker's License by the age of 20, Lenny took over Continental Land's operation following his father retirement -- continuing the family tradition. As a member of the first generation born and raised in Lake Havasu, Lenny has been a witness to it's amazing growth and as a third generation resident of Lake Havasu has a deep understanding and a personal appreciation of all it has to offer.
